ClickPath Users Can Now Send Call Data to Kenshoo




College Station, TX — March 22, 2016 — Marketers who use ClickPath to track online-to-offline lead conversions now have the ability to integrate data with Kenshoo, a leading provider of software used by bid management agencies. The integration is enabled through the addition of new options to ClickPath’s conversion feed, which allows data to be sent to Kenshoo in its expected format. This functionality is in addition to ClickPath’s current integration with the advertising management platform Marin.

“The ability to send call data to either Kenshoo or Marin gives ClickPath customers the flexibility they need to oversee their marketing strategies,” said ClickPath Director Jody Huff. “ClickPath is now compatible with two of the most popular online marketing management solutions, which gives it a competitive edge.”

As part of the update, ClickPath has made it possible to add an additional conversion feed. Previously the platform supported one customer-defined conversion feed as well as ClickPath’s Universal Analytics integration. By having the ability to set up two conversion feeds in addition to the Google Analytics feed, users can automatically import their ClickPath data into more of their data management platforms.

For example, a ClickPath customer could have Conversion Feed 1 set up to deliver conversions via a Custom FTP feed to their bid management agency on a nightly basis. Conversion Feed 2 could then be set up to deliver conversions using the near real-time Web Service feed to their CRM for immediate management of their customers during the day.
