Who’s Calling Launches Mobile App for Rescuing Mishandled Calls on the Go




College Station, TX — June 10, 2014 — Who’s Calling, Inc., an industry-leading provider of call tracking and marketing analytics technology, has launched a mobile app to help managers and salespeople stay on top of their mishandled calls and place outbound calls on the go. The app integrates with two key features of the Who’s Calling interface: RESCUE and Click To Call.

“Our call measurement tools are meant to make our customers’ lives easier by making their call tracking program as low-maintenance and accessible as possible,” said Who’s Calling Director Jody Huff. “People might not always be sitting in front of their PC, but chances are their phone is going to be within arm’s reach most of the time. With our mobile app, our customers can now follow up on missed opportunities from the convenience of their mobile devices.”

The app allows Who’s Calling RESCUE users to receive notifications about missed opportunities on their iPhone or Android device. Within the app, they can view a log of mishandled calls, assign opportunities to agents, flag call recordings as training opportunities and review reports of call and user activity without needing to log into the whoscalling.com interface.

Even if customers don’t use the RESCUE service, they can use the app’s Click To Call dialer feature. This function benefits employees who would like the ability to use their cellphones to place outbound calls. Within the Who’s Calling interface, these calls are tracked within the user interface under a Click To Call campaign and appear on website reports.
