Who’s Calling Adds Click To Call Option to Its REACT Application




College Station, TX — October 4, 2013 — Who’s Calling, the industry leader in call tracking and multi-channel marketing solutions, has updated its REACT feature — a Windows desktop application that provides screen notifications for new inbound and outbound calls — to improve user efficiency by streamlining the Click To Call process. Who’s Calling clients who use REACT can now initiate a Click To Call to any number, access clickable links and manage user-specific settings from the REACT console display.

“This is one more way we are putting our customers’ needs at the forefront of our company development,” said Who’s Calling Director Jody Huff. “REACT is an easy-to-use, time-saving feature that allows clients to stay on top of calls coming into their business and streamline their outbound customer contact in whatever way they choose.”

Using the new clickable links located on the console display, authorized REACT users can trigger a Click To Call to any number, regardless of whether the consumer has called the client’s business before. Before placing the call, REACT will scrub each number based on each account’s Click To Call administrative settings and Call Safe subscriptions.

A new section has also been added in REACT to allow clients to manage their user-specific Click To Call settings or to define settings for the workstation where they are logged on. This is especially useful for users who may work at different workstations throughout the day.

To access the new REACT features, users will be prompted to install the update when logging on.
