Updates to Who’s Calling Apps Allow Users to REACT to Calls Quickly




College Station, TX — April, 14 2015 — Who’s Calling, Inc., an industry-leading provider of call tracking and marketing analytics technology, recently launched updates to its mobile app for iOS and Android and its REACT desktop app. The changes are designed to provide total lead management capabilities for all a business’s daily incoming and outgoing phone calls. Customers will be able to manage their missed calls from their mobile phones and convert those missed opportunities into more sales.

“Every missed opportunity is one less chance to make a sale unless you do something about it right away,” said Who’s Calling Director Jody Huff. “We wanted to give our customers an easier way to keep track of these types of calls from both their desktops and mobile devices without having to log into our web portal every time they want to check something.”

REACT now includes tabs that provide easy access to a list of the customer’s most recent calls (expanded from 10 to 500), missed and after hour call management tools, a summary of mishandled opportunities, and call reports. For overall cohesiveness, all changes made in REACT will sync back to the mobile app and vice versa. In addition, the mobile app now includes recent, missed and after hour call lists to match the ones included in REACT.

When a call is missed, both apps will now notify managers through a color-coded pop-up window in REACT and a push notification in the mobile app. Reports include missed calls per campaign, missed calls per hour and more. When sorting through call data, new filters allow users to search for specific number groups, call statuses and other criteria.
