Who’s Calling Now Integrates With New Contact Management by Reynolds and Reynolds




College Station, TX — July 15, 2014 — Who’s Calling, the industry leader in call tracking and multi-channel marketing solutions, has integrated with the new Contact Management, a Reynolds and Reynolds CRM solution that allows ERA and POWER DMS users to manage dealership information using any Internet browser and device. As a result of the integration, dealerships can now automatically link Who’s Calling phone calls to existing contact lists in the new Contact Management system without switching between the two applications.

All Who’s Calling telephony products can also be integrated with the new Contact Management to provide customers with a convenient solution for tracking phone calls. Within the updated Contact Management application, users can view inbound and outbound phone calls, attach a client record, play call recordings, call a client at the click of a button, automate phone lead processing and create new client records.
