Who's Calling® Launches a New Multi-Channel Marketing Solution




Kirkland, WA – February 1, 2008 — Who's Calling recently launched MarketQUEST™, the most complete, cutting-edge multi-channel marketing package. MarketQUEST™ contains full-circle marketing tools that address new customer acquisition and maintains communications with existing customers, delivering a complete dealer marketing solution.

In the era of multi-channel technology, dealerships need new and innovative methods of marketing to their customer base. MarketQUEST™ has combined their industry leading Call Tracking Management (CTM) solution with text, email and voice solutions allowing dealerships to stay mobile with their customers using a targeted advertising approach to ensure customer loyalty and increased sales.

By using this approach, dealers can increase customer response rates and create competitive advantages. Once the communications are set, they are completely automated connecting with existing and new dealership customers on a scheduled basis driving service loyalty business and generating new vehicles sales. Collect more customer email addresses. Dealers with MarketQUEST™ will have their DMS scrubbed against a database of over 200 million email addresses at the time of account setup. In addition, the dealer's DMS will be scrubbed monthly on an ongoing basis. We are generally able to find email addresses for 20% of the dealer's customers.

Convert sales customers to service customers. The automated communications available with MarketQUEST™ include an introduction to the dealership's service department for new sales customers, as well as sales to service communications to bring new sales customers back to the dealership for service on their vehicle. Also, dealers have the option to include a link to a survey in Thank You communication sent to a customer after a sales or service transaction. These completed surveys allow the dealer to resolve any customer service issues immediately to rebuild the relationship and affect customer loyalty before the manufacturer's survey is sent.

Bring back service customers who have not been to the dealership for several months. Customers who visit a dealership a few times and never return are still potential customers. Dealers with MarketQUEST™ can try to recapture those lost customers by using VIP, or variable incentive pricing. MarketQUEST™ will identify lost customers who are not responding to communication and automatically address their communications as set by the dealer.

Sell more vehicles. Once a month, dealers will have an email promotion created for them to send to their customer base. This promotion helps to generate interest and guide customers back to the dealership. When this e-promo is sent, as with all email communications, if the customer clicks on a link or coupon within the email, the dealer will receive a Hot Email Lead notifying them of the customer's actions and history with the dealership.

In addition to the MarketQUEST™ marketing solutions, the QUEST package includes timely and regular 'Value Meetings' with assigned account managers to ensure the dealer's success with MarketQUEST. During these meetings, scorecards, reports and trends will be reviewed. In addition, plans for new campaigns, review of industry activity and ROI performance will be covered.
